Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with the absence of a lock inside the room, which raised safety concerns, especially when staff entered my room without prior notice while I was out.

absolutely terrible experience. no elevators, having to drag my bags up five floors woudl ve been fine if the room didnt have a closet leaving me to live out of my suitcase. they kept barging in without asking, a complete invasion! i expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no. just disappointing.
